Lospec Palette Importer v1.4.0

Lospec Palette Importer version 1.4.0 brings some quality-of-life improvements to the extension’s UI/UX and makes use of some newer Aseprite API features under the hood.

Preferences can now be accessed in a separate dialog by clicking the “Preferences…” button on the import window. The extension will now also remember your palette format preference (though *.gpl is still the default).

On an important note, the extension now requires Aseprite v1.3.7 (API v28) or newer - as long as you have the latest version of Aseprite, you should be just fine!
